Candidate selection
The suitable candidates proceed to expert-led structured interviews, focusing on the required competences, being asked specific questions related to the given position and undergoing an individual model situation. In the to-be-presented candidates the interview is complemented by psychodiagnostic testing. The methods we use include but are not limited to structured observation, behavioral selection interviewing and projective questioning, focusing on finding out about the candidate’s motivational structure and his character qualities as well as his hard and soft skills.

Presentation of the most suitable candidates to the client by the consultant responsible for the selection, thus ensuring effective communication among all parties of the selection process
Report on the selected candidate, summing up the candidate’s personal information, education level and orientation, professional experience and, if needed, also reasons of him leaving his previous job. You will also find here an assessment of his professional and personality adequacy, motivation, his financial expectations and the date of his possible joining up. Depending on the client’s requirements, we can also provide you with referrals and the candidate’s professional-psychological profile
